Below is a list of frequently asked questions and links to pages containing information or resources on frequently asked questions.
Liberated Life Center is a 508(c)(1)(a) tax-exempt, non-profit registered through Washington State. As a free church, we are not on any IRS lists for tax-exemption because all churches are automatically tax-exempt and charitable organizations by their existence, per the IRS and per the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
Our constituents and members consist of men and women between the ages of 18 and 80+ seeking, curious about, or involved in non-traditional, marginalized relationship dynamics. These include FLR, Female-Centric Relationships, poly- relationships, and more.
Liberated Life Center is a staunch supporter and ally of all BIPOC and LGBTQAI+ communities and of the non-profits supporting these communities. Whenever possible, we seek to collaborate with non-profits whose values align with ours so we can refer those who find their way to us with challenges specific to their experience within these communities, and who would be better served by non-profits with tools and resources already in place for these amazing communities.
Furthermore, wherever possible, Liberated Life Center seeks out businesses owned by those in these underserved and marginalized groups (e.g. women-owned, black-owned, native-owned, queer-owned, etc.) to further support and bolster these communities, and to do our part in encouraging decolonization, eradicating systemic racism, inviting open discussions about gender and sexual orientation, and recognizing equal rights for all. We share these links with our members, regardless of whether we become affiliates with said businesses. Liberated Life Center does not hold any responsibility for how other businesses conduct their business.
We gather. Whether you are looking for spiritual or non-spiritual community and fellowship, we have you covered. Whether you are in or seeking an egalitarian relationship where you can heal from imbalance by employing an emotional intimacy enhancement device or you are in or seeking complete authority transfer, we have resources and an education program for you. No judgment. No forced anything. Just acceptance. Come as you are.
We share. When shared, burdens are halved, and joys are doubled. We wholeheartedly subscribe to this philosophy and encourage you to share as much as you feel comfortable sharing. This is a safe space, and we have a mutual NDA as part of your intake process to ensure that you know what to expect in terms of your private and confidential information in addition to our privacy policy.
We laugh. Who said that relationships, education, and adulting can’t be fun? We inject humor into everything we can. We innovate fun ways to engage our community with activities that help bring out the best in you. From games and giveaways to events and fun classes. We are also open to community suggestions.
We dig deep. We know that life isn’t always fun and light-hearted. Sometimes, we have to dig deep, get vulnerable, and be serious for a moment to help you through your challenges. We share our journey and the tools and skills we’ve developed along the way to help you blaze your own trail.
We grow together. Most of all, we hold stubbornly to hope. No matter the type of day you are having, the type of mood you are in, or the type of challenge you are facing, we hold stubbornly to the belief that you can make it through this, and we are here for you. You are not alone.
Liberated Life Center is a safe, welcoming, inclusive space for Christians, Pagans, Witches, Wiccans, Norse Pagans, Atheists, Agnostics, and anyone questioning their faith, or interfaith. No matter where you are on your spiritual path, we welcome you. Come as you are. (See also “Are there any practicing Pagans?”)

Our Pastor was ordained through the Universal Life Church on the 13th of November in 2010 and can provide a letter of good standing to anyone interested in officiant services.
Yes! We welcome all faiths. Seriously. Come as you are. Bring your traditions with you. All we ask is that you come with an open mind and an open heart. Be open to the fact that others will practice differently than you, believe differently than you, and their beliefs and practices, as yours are to you, are equally valid to them.
Coaching (incl. life coaching, dating and relationship coaching, etc.) is a non-regulated industry. This means that there are no laws that govern the field. This is the case in the United States. (Anyone who is concerned regarding this matter outside of the U.S., please seek advice from your state, province, or country.)
There is no degree required to be a coach. Unlike academic institutions (such as Universities), coach training organizations need not be accredited by a governing body because there is no accrediting institution in the field of coaching.
Likewise, there is no license required to be a coach. Unlike licensed therapists, mental health counselors, or psychologists, in the coaching industry there is no governing body nor regulation(s) requiring an official license or certification. This is because coaching is not therapy. Coaches are not licensed mental health care providers or therapists and must not provide medical advice, engage in patient diagnosis, or treat mental illness or trauma.
Organizations may claim to be official or legal “accrediting” bodies, but this is false. They are simply “associations” that charge a fee for training organizations to receive their “rubber stamp of approval” (based on those programs meeting the association’s standards). While these associations serve an important role in holding the coaching industry to higher standards and establishing a foundation of ethics and best practices, they do not hold any authority over the industry, other training organizations, or coaches. Additionally, the ethics and best practices are not secret nor exclusive to these associations, and can be adopted outside of the associations’ training programs. Furthermore, these associations are not aligned with, aware of, or active in any kink-related coaching programs.
The majority of coaches do not have official backgrounds (e.g. Tony Robbins). Instead, they bring with them 2 things: life experience and/or work experience. Often coaches coach in a specific niche, in-which they have unique knowledge and experience. For example, entrepreneurs coach business start-ups, personal trainers become health coaches, teachers coach others on public speaking, etc. Our coaches focus on the areas where they have unique knowledge and experience.
